"Consignment" means that Y&R will sell the things your family has outgrown and you will receive a percentage of the sales. It is normally more profitable and much more fun than having a garage sale! Please come check out our store for more details.

Clothes: laundered and laid flat, in a basket or by hand
Shoes: MUST be washed through washing machine, any questions on how this works, please call me 713-861-7647.
Toys: Clean with new/working batteries
Furniture/Equipment: Cleaned
*Even if your items were clean when you put them away, Please follow these guidelines:
DON'TS:
Do not fold clothes
Do not bring items with: Dirt Stains, Dust, Spit-Up Stains, Smoke, Hair or Crumbs
Don't Bring toys in Non-Working condition. {All toys brought in MUST include working batteries}
DETAILS:
- Clothing is Seasonal Only
- You receive 40% of the selling price after your items sell, directly into your account, that you may use: Monday through Saturday for store credit or call to schedule a pick up Monday through Friday ( No money will be given out on Saturdays).
- The consignment period is 90 days.
- All items are subject to scheduled price reductions.
- Please call before you bring large items - we sometimes have to limit on space.
- Baby equipment and outdoor toys (IN CLEAN CONDITION) are always in demand.
- The earlier you get clothing to us in the season, the more money you could earn.
